Buy your own ticket!

A simple rule is to always buy your own ticket. Unless youre in a ticket pool, in which case you should all sign a receipt and how much you threw in. You dont want somebody getting your ticket, forgetting to give it to you, find out its a winning ticket, and keeping it. Because they bought it is herefore theirs. If you have to have someone get your ticket, be sure to get it from them as soon as yu can.

Some swear by it, some just fancy it a little. Look at it this way though. Will you really be sad if you get millions anyway? Unless your pool is huge you are going to get over a million when you split it up, which is plenty to invest in stocks and bonds, real estate, marketing, production, or just buy boats with.

Some like to go it lone wolf and some like to sacrifice percentages of their earnings to increase their odds of success. It's up to you to decide which way to go. Remember that lottery pools can be VERY lucrative thou.
